Managing Partners

Hattan Ashour

Hattan is a Managing Partner and Co-founder here at Wave. With a background in finance and a deep proficiency in AI-driven development, he engineered Wave Group’s proprietary diagnostic engine to pinpoint operational inefficiencies and margin leaks in real-time. Hattan balances a high-level strategic perspective with a builder’s mindset, ensuring that every consulting engagement is backed by scalable, high-margin profit models. Outside of the firm, he is a Finance student at Penn State and enjoys hiking, music, and fashion.

Connor Bradley

Connor serves as a Managing Partner at Wave Group, leading the firm’s Canadian operations and overseeing the Wave Strategy division. Drawing on a robust background in B2B commercial sales and supply chain operations, he specializes in identifying operational bottlenecks within legacy service businesses. He directs the deployment of the firm's digital infrastructure, transforming traditional business models into highly optimized, cash-flowing assets. Connor balances high-level systems design with a contrarian approach to market inefficiencies, ensuring our partners achieve maximum operational yield. Outside of the firm, he is based in the Niagara region and has a passion for global economics and music.

Kion Natario

Kion serves as Vice President at Wave Group, leading the firm's client delivery and operational execution across the US market. With a background forged in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, he specializes in logistical coordination, rapid problem-solving, and managing complex project timelines. At Wave Group, Kion acts as the critical bridge between our internal strategy team and our partners. He ensures that every digital infrastructure deployment is executed with a high sense of urgency and precise attention to detail, maintaining the strong relationships that drive our firm's growth. Outside of the firm, he is based in the Greater Orlando area and has a passion for digital media, culinary arts, and community building.

Xavier Morales

Xavier is an Analyst at Wave Group. With a background in finance and a deep proficiency in technical presentation and design, he specializes in transforming complex operational data into digestible, high-impact solutions. Xavier balances rigorous analytical research with a strong narrative approach, utilizing his expertise in digital software to ensure that our investment theses and consulting strategies are clearly communicated and visually compelling. Outside of the firm, he is an Honors Finance student at the University of Central Florida and has a passion for news, storytelling, and digital media.
